1. Overview
Yardd is a marketplace connecting homeowners with artificial-turf and hardscape installers (“Providers”) on the Wasatch Front. Yardd is not a contractor and does not perform installation work.
2. Accounts
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Providers
Providers represent that they hold valid licenses and insurance as required by applicable law. Yardd reviews but does not guarantee credentials.
4. Payments
At launch, Yardd does not process payments. Homeowners pay Providers directly off-platform.
5. Disputes
Yardd offers good-faith mediation through its in-app dispute tools but is not a party to the underlying service agreement between Homeowner and Provider.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yardd is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind and is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
